Nov 2006: Underhalls Level 3 Opens 
	While the slice of catacombs is anchored firmly within the 
	Underhalls, the rest of level 3 is not so stable. The stolen
	denizens of this living labyrinth seem mostly oblivious of their
	new surroundings, though a few have managed to find new advantages.
